Default If a parenting plan states the father has to provide full coverage insurance on

a vehicle in his ex-wives name and it's for their son, AND the vehicle is paid in full, can he pay liability only? Can she FORCE him to continue full coverage if she owe's nothing on the vehicle? The insurance is going to be $240 a month!
