a sound tree or unsound? wind storm. my insurance co will not cover it,they say his car insurance will . he has none. he is threatning suit. they will represent me in court but not small claims court but will provid e documents. they sent out an aborist if its found diseased and i lose can my insuarne co refuse to pay.if its found sound and i loose who will pay.what results could my finacial liability be ?state farm. i am sypathetic towards the neighbor and would like to see my insurance take care of it.what is my risk?
