Polish cars pay no tax, insurance or speeding fines. Why?

Why do the Polish come over here using cars bought in Poland yet pay no tax, insurance, parking or speeding fines?We have to pay through the nose to use our cars on our roads but the government turns a blind eye to them.
Is it me or are we really having the total p#ss taken out of us?
(No racist blahblah xenophobe blahblah Daily Mail reader blahblah answers please.)

I don't own a car so I don't care..I don't think anyone is taking the pis, just some laws need to be updated...

Every foreign car can stay here for a given time after which they have to be registered,MOT'd and Insured here

Its all part of being european, we also have the right to do the same there. but I do take your point. I have also heard that they avoid income tax if they go back to Poland within 6 months. cant blame though......would we not do the same?
