How much can I expect to pay for insurance on a first car(honda)?

I want it to be the cheapest way possible and want to pay monthly and not yearly. Massachusettss

A lot!!! get a job. It is cheaper if you pay biannually but if you can't budget the money then pay each month. Most companies charge you an extra 5-7 dollars a month to pay monthly.
