my mom had a car wreck but it wasn't her fault so the other persons insurance called my mom and they told her that alot of attorneys were going to keep calling her but for her not to answer them. if we dont answer the calls is it gonna be convinient for them or my mom. and should she answer the calls.

It's a money making thing for attorney's. Insurance companies don't like them, cause they drag things out longer. It all depends on how serious the car accident was, and how badily your mother was hurt, and the damage done to the vehicle, and how big the medical bills are, and how much ure mother suffered, or is still suffering, cause that's where an attourney can come into play, and be helpful. It doesn't hurt to talk to one, but i'd talk to one that has a good reputation, and one that handles car accidents. Don't go for just any jo.
