Does all the insurance companies offer a car while your is not working?

I recently was involve in a car accident and I need the car I have Mercury insurance do they paid fro a rental car?

No, it has to be a part of your policy. Check with your rep. and see if yours covers car rental.

If it's the other guy's fault, their insurance will pay for a rental while yours is in the shop. If it's your fault, your policy only pays if you bought rental car coverage. did you?

you have to pay extra for that, you might want to review your policy and see if you have car rental reimbursement in your policy.
