Default does any1 no any car insurance company's that will insure without needing a deposit?

also does any no any car rental firms wat rent wen u have only had your licence 4 16 months

Yes I know of one or two broker based insurance companies that will allow cover to be arranged without an intial deposit - just a direct debit mandate to be completed.

However as a matter of principle I do not offer them when clients ask for them.
