I was in a car wreck. it was the other persons fault. she had insurance, but i dont. i also told the officers that i did have insurance. i had the insuracne that i paid for month to month. and i also have a 2004 explorer and i am still making payments on it. so after the wreck i went to the insurance company and bought this months insurance. but i could only buy the liability insurance because they had to inspect my car. NOW WHAT HAPPENS? is her insurance going to pay for the damage to my car? or is that goign to come out of my pocket?

as long as you were not at fault the other drivers ins will repair your vehicle with no problem. and provide you a renatl if needed. If I were you I would go to a different in company that carries 6 mths to a yr policy instead of month to month. the service would be better and you wouldnt have to worry to muich about not having a policy the following month. get set up on bill draft. AND ALWAYS CARRY INS you are lucky you didnt get a ticket for not having it. some states would have arrested you for not carring ins, since it is the law!

Yea her insurance will have to pay if it was her fault so chill and did the police officer write that it was her fault on the report make sure K and relax as long as your ok and the other driver
