Default If two people are on an auto lease do both have to be insured if 1 never plans to

drive the car? If I lease a car with my mother and both of our names are on the lease but I never plan to drive it does my mom have to list me on her policy ? (I do not live in her household)

The vehicle needs to be insured. Auto insurance is on the vehicle, not the drivers. Either of you can insure the vehicle.
