Default Why aren't wrecks caused by deer considered an "act of God" by insurance...

...companies any more? Insurance companies don?t cover the cost to repair a vehicle if damaged by hitting a deer on the roadways. I live in Georgia and I?m not certain these same rules apply in all states or just the southern states and northern states where deer are a major problem on the roads. Why aren?t these types of accidents covered when they can?t always be prevented?

because as driver of the automobible it would be your responsibility to avoid hitting a deer or anything else on the road, not God's fault for putting a deer there.
