Default Mortgage Protection Question

I sell P/C. I'd like to be able to offer a plan that helps a home owner make payments if sick/injured. Is there also a policy that pays them if terminated or laid off from a job?

Assuming one or both questions are yes, what companies would work best for an independent insurance agent.
