last job was in payroll

I graduated in psychology from college 10 years ago. My last job was in payroll for 3 years. I can not get that hire job I always wanted. I am hopeless because I never stood in once place a long time. I was never happy at any of these jobs. I just wish I could get a new career altogether. Should I stick with payroll since I did it the past 3 years and just recently quit? I quit because it was a call center and I hated the call center.
