OK, you've posted this question about 10 times. Posting it 10 more times is not going to get you an answer - if anyone wanted to write this for you, they would have volunteered already.

Go to www.sba.gov for samples. No one will give you a copy of theirs because then they may not have a competitive advantage. If you really want someone to do the work for you, hire a professional business plan writer.

Oh, and it's rude to keep asking the same question over and over. Hopefully by giving you the answer you could have gotten by searching on Y!A, you'll go away.
