Well no one is going to write workers comp for a new business, except your state fund. But whatever agent you go to for the liability should be able to help you on that.
You need a local, independent agent to get you your insurance. Most standard companies won't touch a 'startup' business, so don't be surprised if you end up with a non-admitted carrier.
Depending on what type of business you have, the liability is probably going to start at $750 or higher, and the workers comp at $200 (for clerical only businesses, like accountant offices) and up.
