I got into a car accident almost 2 years ago and I was wondering if it will effect me when I get insurance for my motorcycle?

Yes, it will affect you. They usually ask if you have had an accident in the last 5 years. And, a motorcycle is more of a risk taker. But, the good news is there are lots of insurance companies. I would call around or check on the internet.

It might cost more then a person that hasnt had an accident but u can get insurance...

I don't think it will, I have had motor cycle insurance before and they would never insure the riider of the motorcycle, but would gladly take your money to protect the person who you hit if it was your fault.
