i called up on 18th december canceled it, they still took money from me on the 21st december and this month my motorcycle is working again can i call them and start again but where i left off?

You should be able to reinstate your old policy or have a new policy created. You can start and stop insurance at your discretion, be careful if there are cancellations fees involved though. Enjoy your cycle and be safe.

Maybe, if they didn't already cancel your policy. If they did, you have to start over.
