You are not old enough to sign a contract, therefore you cannot get insurance, or register/title a motorcycle in your name, without your parents involvement. If your parents do find a company that will be willing to insure an inexperienced, young male(I assume)driver on a motorcycle, plan on the rates being crazy high. The good student credit won't be enough to put a dent in the premium, so although that's great you get good grades, not that impressive in the insurance world. Also, if this is your first bike, it's way out of your league. Far too much power for someone inexperienced, not just at driving, but driving a street bike. Dreams are big, death is certain, my son recently wrecked a Yamaha 1000. He's lucky to be alive, he has far more driving experience than you, but it happened to him, don't think it won't happen to you.
