I don't have a License for Either Yet,
and I already Know You Need one for the Other (License),
but I was just Wondering which Insurance would be cheaper
If I would get both Licenses roughly in the same time.
The Bike is Likely a Ninja 250 and the car
is Likely a Mitsubishi Eclipse 98 RS.

If you need full coverage, they will both be expensive. The Eclipse is considered a sports car and carries higher rates than say a sedan. Motorcycle insurance is expensive if you need full coverage. If you just need liability, it isn't so bad. However, many companies are moving away from insuring motorcycles now because, in accidents, motorcycles are frequently totaled. So good luck finding an insurer on the MC. And God forbid you have a claim on it. Most will cancel a MC policy after the first claim. Good luck.
