Im about to get a motorcycle. I was wondering what a good insurance company would be to go with, and how much it would run me a month. Im a 20 year old student in Florida. thanks for any info.

all I can say is call your ins. agent , everyone is different .. I have State Farm , I wouldn't leave them for any discount ins. company . I have heard nothing good about some advertised low rate motorcycle ins. with there claims . my wife had a claim on her bike through state farm , and they handled it fast and complete

It depends on the type of bike. If you fancy a sport bike, like a CBR , R-bike, or GSX-R you could expect to pay in excess of $2000 per a year. 600cc bikes fall in this range.

Dirt bikes are cheaper.

If you where to buy a geezer bike like a Goldwing or a Concours, they would be considerably less.

It depends on where you live if it's rural it going to be low.
