I am a first time mororcycle rider and want to purchase a it from a dealership and will probably finance it. Thus the need to have insurance. The problem is that I want to become familair with my motorcycle before I take the training course and get my motocycle license. I have read conflicting information on the subject and I think it depends on the state you live in. I appreciate any insight anyone has on the subject. Thanks
