My friend needs dental work and has no insurance.?

We live in Arizona and she has no insurance like I said. One of her front teeth she had a root canal, with a tempory fillings, and while flossing, the temp. fell out, with part of her tooth. She needs it fixed asap, but has no insurance. Please steer us in the right directions. Thanks.
