Has anyone had any problems with E and L Insurance, when they have submitted a claim.
Yes, they keep fobbing me off, by saying my claim is still with the assessment team

I was going to insure my touring caravan last year with Equestrian & Livestock but because they were not very well known and the insurance provided was inadequate I refrained from Insuring with E & L. I insured with Saga instead as it was a better policy for ann extra £5.
Have you had a problem with a claim with E & L then?
