You really need to shop around.

Like car insurance, you need to find the best policy to meet your needs taking into account your and our kittens circumstances. Prices will vary quite a bit too. If you can't afford an expensive policy, get what you can afford that best fits your needs. If your circumstances improve, you can always change/upgrade your policy later.

i would say pet plan or life long these two are a little bit more expensive but if you need to make a claim they both pay out and they give you a discount if you insure 2 or more pets.

life long however also pay part of the vaccionation bills

good luck

I'm with Tesco insurance for my two, which includes cattery stays if you get taken to hospital.
9.00 a month for the two of them.

i don't know which ones cover boarding kennels but the best advice i can give you is to NOT go for the cheapest pet insurance. you should get one that has 'life time cover', and they are genearlly more expensve. if you don't get one with this cover (e.g tesco is a good example) then that means that if your pet has a condition that lasts more than a year (i.e diabetes/an ongoing skin problem/cancer/kidney disease etc.) then the company will not pay out after this time and you are stuck with ALL the bills for this condition.
in my experience (i've been a vet nurse for 15 years ) the cheaper insurance companies are always the ones that we have the problems with.
ask your vets... they should be happy to help

Pet Plan have some good policies for both cats and dogs. They stagger the premiums dependent upon what you need. Their lowest policy costs around £7 a month for a cat. They can give you a quote over the phone and you may be able to add extras onto the policy at a nominal fee. Also, search for Pet Insurance online and give them a ring for a quote. Don't get a quote online because telephone quotes usually come out cheaper.
