Default I want to start my own Pet sitting service do I have to be bonded and insured?...

...if so where do I do that? Pet sitting, bonded and insured

Depends on where you live? I have my own Dog grooming business and I can tell you that you do need insurance/public liability insurance and a safe place to walk the dogs as there are clauses in the insurance that will not pay if anything happens in a lot of circumstances. You also need a lot of doggy bags to collect their numbers 2's as this is an on the spot fine if they are found to relieve themselves in a public place? Good Luck x.
