Default Are your pets insured? What company do you recommend?

I am currently with Direct Line for my 2 cats, it was the best quote I could find and covers them for life, but if anyone knows any better companies I would love to hear from you as I want my kitties to be covered for the unexpected. Thanks for your help.

If your cat was from a shelter like mine you can get sheltercare for $1 for the first month which includes all emergencies, accidents, antibiotics, URI, euthansia and more! after the first month i believe its $5 and then after that $11 or you can change plans as needed...they even have a plan that offers "tenant" coverage incase the cat destroys the carpet or something

M&S pet insurance was the best value I could find and for an extra few pence there is no excess to pay. Find them online

I had pet insurance, but could not find a vet that would take it. None of them took any kind of pet insurance. I was still going to have to pay for everything out of pocket, and wait for the insurance company to reimburse me. Make sure your vet is going to take the policy.

I would agree with booty that Marks and Spencer are by far the best. My dog is insured with them for life with no excess to pay and it was over £5 a month cheaper than Pet Plan who I was originally with.
