Well.....hrmm, I think it depends on the plan you choose, and the place you get it. At the Pet Hospital I use I have an Optimum Wellness Plan for my cats, it was $69.00 for the initial fee and it's about $17.00 per month, but I get a whole lot of stuff, like all of her shots, and spay were free with this plan, and she gets free preventave treatments (flea, earmites, worms) They are a good idea, and can save you money if there were ever an emergency, and I would hope there wouldn't be!
I think if you go to www.petco.com they sell pet insurance and you can pay for it via paypal, but you haven't got to, and you can get a general idea of what it would cost!
