You have to go to an insurance agency and ask if they can cover you as a small business owner. I had to do this when I had my pet sitting business. That was many years ago before many people ever heard of pet sitting, and the insurance company had to figure something out. Now, I think it would be easier to find coverage. You may need a business license and be bonded as well.
