Default Where can I get renter's insurance in NJ if my apartment is close to the ocean?

I need renters insurance but I am greater than 1000 ft but less than 1500 ft from the ocean. No one will insure me. Not good. I need help! Thanks!

I will insure you. Send me a check for $30,000 and I will cover your losses up to $500 minus the $499 deductible. How's that?
