i am moving to florida from arizona and i have a rottweiler. i cant find anyone willing to give me renters insurance because she is on the "bad dog" list. What a load of crap!!! anyways can anyone give me some suggestions?

All you can do is call around and see if anyone will. I know someone that was denied many times, then took the dog to classes, got a CGC, and then were given renters insurance. Not sure if that is a common practice.
