I agree that you need to get your company involved. I don't know that it is necessary to SUE SUE SUE like some are saying. That isn't the answer for all problems. Have your company contact them and hopefully they will step up and do what is right to settle your claim. If they don't, your insurance can make recommendations on what further action is necessary.
